I figured out the reason for higher charges. If a sip call is being made and during the call if another sip call is made through other device, the second call rate is being charged at 10 cent/ minute, for whole call duration. I don't know if this is also valid through sip client.
From rynga call to a Indian landline is 1 euro cent/minute. However for a recent call I was chargex 10 times, ie 10 cents per minute for a call.
See the call made on 19th and 21st and the ammount charged for the two calls. Even though the charges should have been same for 18 minutes call, in one call, i was charged 10 times.
Well I raised the issue with the customer support. I got the following response.

We only charge calls to your account when we are charged for these calls ourselves. In rare situations a call can last longer than it really should have, but because we are charged for these calls too, we cannot offer you a refund.
However, we have forwarded your report to our engineers, who will look into the matter in order to prevent this situation from occuring again.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

So as you can see from their response, they acknowledge the mistake but refuses to rectify them.
